The fish itself is fantastic—very white, firm, and excellent flavor for grilling or frying. My only small drawback is that the fillets are not individually wrapped within the 2.5 kg bag, which makes separating smaller portions a bit tricky sometimes. But overall, a wonderful product and worth the price.
