Really enjoyed this cake. It’s rich, decadent, and certainly a step up from typical store-bought cakes. The 5 layers give it a lovely complex texture. My only minor critique is that the dusting of cocoa powder on top was a bit messy upon cutting, but flavor-wise, it was fantastic. A solid 4/5.
