Very high-quality paneer—it maintained its shape and didn’t dry out when pan-fried, which is usually my biggest concern with pre-marinated products. The Hariyali flavor is bright and refreshing. I expected a bit more chili kick based on the color, but this is a very mild, pleasant spice level. Great flavor, just wish it had a touch more heat!
