Overall, this is a great deal and the chicken itself is tender and cooks up beautifully. My only minor critique is that it takes a surprisingly long time to fully defrost the 2kg block, and sometimes I have to hack at it a bit to get what I need quickly. But for the quality and price, it’s definitely worth the effort.
