Great texture when fried—crispy outside and soft, molten inside. They are consistent in size, which is nice. We found the cheese itself to be quite basic, needing accompaniment. Served with sweet chili sauce, they are wonderful, but on their own, they lack a bit of complexity. Good value for money.
