Comes in a reusable brown glass bottle. From the Mountford Winery in Pemberton WA. Made over many years using the same “Mother of Vinegars” found naturally occurring on the estate. A pale straw colour, strong honey bouquet with some floral characters. These floral characters are retained when diluted or when used in a vinaigrette adding great delicacy to any dish. This vinegar is not filtered or refined in any way and has no preservatives added.
