The marinade is complex and clearly uses high-quality spices. It’s a great base for homemade shawarma bowls. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I wish the marinade had a little more heat/chili kick, but that’s easily fixed by adding a little hot sauce when serving. Very good, reliable product.
