This is genuinely excellent shawarma meat. The seasoning is robust and very authentic. It cooked up quickly under the broiler, and the flavor profile is spot on. My only very minor criticism is that it was slightly on the saltier side for my taste, but adding yogurt sauce balanced it out perfectly. Will definitely buy again.
