The meat is rich, succulent, and the flavor profile is excellent—definitely a premium item. I appreciated the skin being left on for optimal searing and crisping. My main reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that for only two wings, the portion size makes it feel quite expensive, though the quality is undeniable. Great for an indulgent snack.
