These duck bones made a fantastic, rich broth. The flavor was deep and gamey, perfect for my homemade pho base. I knocked one star off because the 500g package seemed to have a little less residual meat than I was hoping for, but the bone quality itself was superb and yielded excellent stock. Highly recommend for serious stock makers.
